Change Lives of Children Experiencing Foster Care
Make a Difference For Those Who need It
Have you ever felt like…
- You want to help children impacted by foster care, but you don’t know how? You can’t foster a child right now, but you know you’re supposed to make a difference somehow?
- You’d like to donate, but weren’t sure where your contribution could make the most meaningful impact?
- You’d like to volunteer with an organization, but weren’t sure how you could be used to make a difference?
We’ll help you use your time, talents, and resources to make a meaningful difference
Give Financially
If you have an abundance of finances, but lack time, you can help sustain our work and ensure that foster families receive the help they need throughout the year.
Give
In-Kind
New or like-new items, such as a bicycle, bed, or stroller, can bring comfort and joy to someone in need, transforming your generosity into meaningful support.
Volunteer Your Time
If you have time to give or a special skill to share, we have many programs and events where you can make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
We Want You to Feel Empowered to Make a Difference.
“I volunteer because these kids and their families matter. They deserve to know that there are adults that believe in them, are there for them, and are cheering them on.”
– REACH Northwest Volunteer
“Each of us needs to be on the lookout for how we can support today’s kids. We choose to support REACH Northwest as one way to partner with local families raising children”

Child/Family’s Story
A newly certified foster parent called us one Friday morning in a panic: “We had an emergency placement brought to our home at 2am. Two siblings–ages 3 and 5–were dropped off with nothing except the clothes on their backs. We have a bed, but not much else. What do we do?”
REACH Northwest quickly assessed what was needed and reached out to our community. Donations of funds and items poured in; a second bed, car seats, clothes, shoes, toys, books, and kid-friendly groceries were delivered to the home by the end of the weekend.
This allowed the caregivers to stop worrying about the physical needs and focus on the children’s emotional needs instead.
Our work is not possible without the generosity of compassionate and caring individuals in our community that step up to help in instances like this!
