You Can Make a Difference

Not everyone can foster a child,

but you can do something

for a child experiencing foster care.

Volunteer

We have programs like Laundry Ninjas and Foster Parents’ Night Out that require the help of volunteers. These programs go a long way in supporting foster families and tangibly meeting their needs. Without people like you, willing to give of your time, we wouldn’t be able to make these programs happen.

Give

If you’re someone who’s limited on time, but still wants to make an impact in the lives of children experiencing foster care, you can donate to the cause! There are multiple ways to give. You can make a financial donation, which helps keep REACH Northwest operational. You can meet specific needs of foster families through our My Neighbor program. You can repurpose items in your home like beds or bicycles that are going unused. Or, if you own a business or are part of a church or other organization you could host a drive!

My Neighbor Requests

Foster families submit specific needs requests. You have the opportunity to support foster families by meeting those needs. Click here to do so.

Donated Items

Have a spare bed, bicycle or other item in new or like-new condition that you’d like to donate? Connect with us to make arrangements.

Host a Drive

Do you own a business or attend a church that’d like to help? Let’s set up a drive to collect items that are routinely needed by foster families.

Become Certified

Certified Foster Home

If you feel called to open up your home to a child in need, we can help you navigate the process to becoming certified. While it’s challenging, it’s also one of the most rewarding decisions you’ll make.

Certified Respite Provider

Fostering a child is hard work. It can be a big help for parents to get a break once in a while. Given the unique needs of children impacted by foster care, a respite provider must become certified to help.
